I'm a student, no exams and currently on term break, but still, there's only one thing I want to do starting from Friday until Sunday night - binge watching old favourite TV shows, eating good food and cuddling on the sofa or in bed. No shame. No regrets. Just you, your laptop, food and blankets. Here are some 100% binge-worthy approved TV shows to watch.
Gilmore Girls
Classic. Cult. Favourite. Ticks all the boxes. I don't see how you can go wrong with relating to all the life challenging problems and coffee addiction of Lorelai and Rory.
F·R·I·E·N·D·S
Another cult show everyone and their mother has seen over a hundred times. But there's something about those four that makes you want to watch one episode after the other. Not to forget, there's nothing wrong with embracing your inner Monica or Rachel, whoever you are.
Arrow
Some mystery. Some drama. Minor Superhero vibes. Absolutely fantastic. Hooked immediately.
Hotties *silently dies* |
Oliver Queen, a former billionaire playboy, presumably dead turns out to be not as dead as everyone thought he'd be. Back after having been stranded on an island for five years in the middle of nowhere, he tries to act as though he hasn't changed at all. During the day he's back to being the party boy everyone once knew, but what they don't know? At night he's putting on a new identity as a vigilante trying to keep his promise he made to his dead father - to save Starling City.
With four seasons your weekend should be covered.
Riverdale
Not quite sure on this one, really. It's great, weird, fantastic, weird, brutal, weird, brilliant but, you guessed it, weird. With only two seasons you will have some time to watch other great shows afterwards. Be careful with Riverdale, you really got to pay attention, let me tell you it gets confusing my dears, very confusing.
Girl Power |
However, the producers of the show made a great job at resembling the characters on the show exactly as seen in the comics.

Fantasy meets real life - my kinda program. An oldie but a goodie. When Doctor Who would show up in the Tardis in your garden, what would you do? Climb on board or think it was a dream?

I love this program so much, Doctor Who from Season 5 is me fave, he's gorgeous. Funny and witty show where they meet all kinds of creatures and make memories through one adventure after the other, wherever the Tardis takes them.
Let the marathon begin.
