My Christmas Dinner 2016 - vegan, refined sugar-free ❅Blogmas Day 21❅

Hello my shining stars,

and welcome to Blogmas day ❅21❅! *Christmas song playing in the background, literally* Oh my god, can you believe that Blogmas is coming to and end already? I most certainly can't as it just seems crazy how quick time passed by! Well, I do hope that all of you have been loving the Christmasy content that I have shared already, and that you're excited about the things still to be shared. Anyways, for now just grab yourself a hot chocolate, get all cosy and please keep on reading!

You know, Christmas doesn't work without food. It just doesn't and Christmas certainly isn't Christmas without Christmas dinner (remind me, how many times can you say Christmas in one sentence?). Now you might be thinking, *oooh plant-based/vegan and healthy Christmas, that's not going to work*, but, do trust me on this one, it's doable and not as hard as you might think!

I thought it would be quite helpful for all the ones who are interested, to share what I'm planning for having for this Christmas! By all means, you don't have to make everything I show you now, it might just be good to take some inspiration from it!

Seeing as we're only three people which need to be fed (sounds a bit odd, huh?) I won't make a whole menu with starters, soup, main course and dessert. But I will be making a really nice filling main dish with lots of sides to it and a very yummy dessert!

Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms

These ones will be roasted in the oven and then stuffed with a mixture of quinoa, fresh coriander, pine nuts, bell pepper and some spices.

Cinnamon Carrot Sticks & Sweet Potato Wedges

Pretty self explanatory, just cutting the carrots into sticks, drizzling some olive oil, maple syrup and sprinkling lots of cinnamon and pinch of salt over them. Bake them in the oven until crispy. Same goes for the sweet potatoes!

Cranberry Sauce & Gravy

I will be probably following a recipe, though I'll definitely have my own twist on them, as I just like doing that. It just adds this little extra to every dish!

Chocolate Mousse with Raspberry Jam

For this I'm using a recipe, again, and, again, I will be tweaking around and adding a bit of my own style to it!

If you'd like to know how I make it in depth, then just leave me a comment down below, and I surely will do it, but for now I think the idea itself should be enough!

That's all for my Christmas dinner this year, I will update this post after Christmas day with lots of photos from my amazing dinner, so if you're keen on getting to see them, then make sure to come back! If you liked it, then please give share it over on your social medias, the button's right underneath this post! Also make sure to follow me on my social medias, and to subscribe to my blog so you will never miss a post!

What are you having for Christmas dinner this year?
